Service Level Details:

1. Hours of pending for telephone answering - Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm exluding lunch 1-2pm and bank holidays,
2. All calls after hours are directed to voice mail,
3. You will get a unique telephone number dedicated to your enterprice,
4. All call's, post and fax's handled as above.
5. Additional services are available at the published centre rates

Prices:

• Serviced Offices from € 60 + VAT (per week)
• Serviced Work Space from € 50 + VAT (per week)
• Easy Desk from € 20 + VAT (per day)
• Easy Virtual Office from € 20 + VAT (per week)
• Business Services from € 80 + VAT (per week)

Payment:

To be made by direct debit, or alternatively by credit card or cheque on the first day of the month.

Terms and conditions:

1. A fully completed agreement form is required before service can commence.
2. The first month is fully paid prior to commencement.
3. 28 days notice is required to cancel this agreement by both parties.
4. Any changes to the details on this agreement to be forwarded in writing.
5. All payments to be made by Direct Debit on the first day of the month in advance. If payment not received on time service will be terminated automatically.
6. Payment for any additional services realised within 7 days of invoice.
7. All outbound calls and fax's are re-charged at Eircom rates
8. All redirected post is charged at normal post rate
9. Should the number of inbound calls exceeded 20 per day then Easy Business Centres Ltd reserves the right to renegotiate the agreement.
